The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, making shopping hassle-free. the Forest of Avatar is also an attraction close to the hotel. the spacious rooms, along with comfortable bedding, are a plus. the staff is quite accommodating and provides thoughtful amenities in the rooms, like stationeries and cables neatly arranged in a box.
The wooden flooring in the rooms makes a lot of noise while walking.

The breakfast had a wide assortment of tasty dishes that blended eastern and western cuisines. The room was clean and had high-quality toiletries. The hotel was located in a peaceful area, but was still close to shopping centers.
The hotel lacked some facilities that would make it perfect for a romantic escape, such as a spa or couples massages. The pillows were too firm, and the bed was a bit too hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times.

We enjoyed the hotel's beautiful riverside view and the well-equipped and clean room. The staff was cheerful and went an extra mile to provide excellent service. Additionally, the Chinese restaurant's delicious dinner menu had a wide variety of choices.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were exceptional. the live entertainment in the bar/lounge area was a nice touch. The room advantages were great, with a stunning view from the heated swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area. Cons: the restaurant service was a bit slow, with some minor mix-ups in our orders. Nevertheless, the high-quality food made up for it. I highly recommend this venue for an opulent and relaxing stay.

Room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed the view from the high floors. the staff was friendly and helpful in setting up transportation to local attractions. I appreciated the included breakfast which was a good value for money.
The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was quite far from most of the main tourist attractions. It was difficult to find good dining options nearby as well.
